"Amazing! Go early if you go on the weekends. You will need to have ID and car keys as collateral. Great fun! Staff is very knowledgeable and they rent kayaks, paddle boards and sailboats. Parking is free if you are renting. No dogs allowed here but are allowed across the shore at Nimbus. The coves are accessible when the water is higher. Easier to row on non windy days and no motor boats creating wakes, so nice and calm waters."
"Great place to do equipment rental, everything is good condition and the staff are knowledgeable."
"Having a blast !! Rent a kyacking just for like 13 an hour. It’s so worth it. They have other things to rent out. Totally awesome dude!"
"Beautiful spot to paddle board! For a Friday evening there was a decent amount of people but there’s so much room to space out. It’s really nice that it’s a 5 mph lake, you don’t get the wakes like you do when out at Folsom"
"Such a great place if you're looking to do kayaking, canoeing and etc. My cousin decided to take me and my fiancée here while we were in town visiting. He made an appointment online and they make you sign a waiver beforehand. They also have a waiver printed out for you on site if you don't have a printer. Doing the kayak was fun and you get to explore the surrounding. This was our first time doing kayaking and it took us a while to get the hang of things. We only did it for an hour because the sun was fully out and my fiancée got tired. We will be sure to try it again when we come back or have time. The employees were really helpful on explaining things and let us leave our stuff at the pier. We went on Monday morning so there wasn't a lot of people there but it was really sun and warm."
