"2 1/2 hours late, I asked for carpet cleaning and a deep clean on my guest bathroom. The bathroom looked okay from a distance but once I came in I noticed tons of things that were not done. A deep clean should include everything top to bottom. I was also quoted $75-100 for three rooms and a hallway to be carpet cleaned. Only the hallway was done (by my request) but because she had to rent a carpet cleaner she still charged me $100 for a 10 foot hallway and another $50 for a mediocre cleaning on the bathroom. Horrible experience. I was nice just so they would leave. Update: after receiving this service I was told (for two weeks now) that I would receive a partial refund. It never happened. Will be reporting this company to the BBB."
