"When we moved in it was clear the pool would need to be refinished. We decided to do a pebble finish and JB Pool came highly recommended by a pool maintenance crew we had used. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and very easy to work with. Leticia is very responsive and answered all of my questions fully and promptly, even when I would reach out on the weekend. Carlos even came back several times to make sure the chemicals were balanced. The before and after photos are incredible. It looks like a completely different pool! "We are so happy to share our experience with JB Pools. When Jose (Owner) came to look at our pool and give us a estimate. He was kind, knowledgeable, confident and precise. Our pool needed new concrete coping all the way around including our surrounding steps. Our pool had a leak in the rock overflow. Our old coping woud have to be removed completely. His crew was amazing! They were always on time. They were "perfectionists" at what ever skill they were providing. They were all so polite and always cleaned up. They were the hardest working men I have ever seen, most of the time they never took breaks or lunch. They came to complete a task and that's exactly what they did. We ended up getting our original pebble replaced with the new mini pebble finish which is beautiful and also smoother on your feet. Jose suggested adding the new Puerto Rico Blend & Abalone shells. Which adds so much bling! At the beginning we said to Jose "We just want our pool to look as beautiful as it did, when it was built. Jose replied "It will look better"! We now have to agree it does LOOK BETTER! We "Love" our pool and are so "Thankful" that we chose, Jose and His beautiful Christian family!"
