"BEWARE you will need to contact a lawyer!l! If you need the name of a good lawyer leave comment, I will send. Unless you are ready to be blamed for delays, etc. Sales was great, construction & communication are the worst. Construction points fingers at customer when a question has been asked & your questions becomes “issues” to them. Houston does not communicate at all nor has any idea what he is calling the customer for and then was caught in lie regarding calling in inspections. (We have inspector’s cell #) I left a message w/Ana on 9/27 for Brian the manager to call, still haven’t received that call. They do NOT disclose information that is pertinent to the customer, ie: NO grass near pool, sprinklers. Put a service call in last week, still waiting to hear back. On final pool setup, Secard noted wrinkle on liner in 2 sections, one section being where the skimmer was installed incorrectly causing to leak on side of pool, the other side we had to move our sprinklers prior to liner going in and was blamed for the wrinkle on sprinkler side but nothing was corrected after Aaron said he would inform construction team, that was in October, because he would only have so much time to correct. Contract signed 6/22/22, first dig 6/15/23 and NO the delay was NOT my HOA. Understand if you are spending $$ on your yard and no communication or a blame game is played, how would you expect your customers to react?? This customer is a construction superintendent and knows the permit/building process. If you want to know about pool companies, go to your local pool supply companies, the few that I went to have NOTHING nice to say about Secard so apparently I must not be the only unsatisfied customer. Now I’m waiting to see what the comment/excuse will be from the person reading reviews."
"I originally purchased my pool back in 2012 and changed my liner along with adding a ledge and changing out my equipment. I met Vince at the Menifee store. From the time I met him until I actually had the work complete last month it has been a wonderful experience. Vince goes above and beyond. He took the time to show me liners made some recommendations and I am completely satisfied. When I say that customer service was Vince's only goal was to make sure that he could make you a happy customer. When people want a service they want everything that goes along with it and that includes the experience. Vince knows the products very well. He answered all of my questions and concerns since COVID 19 rolled back my date of having my pool work completed. Vince communicated with me immediately when things shut down. He told me what to expect. He told me he could not guarantee but worked really hard to keep me informed of things he had no control over. I appreciate that extra touch and above and beyond service I received and we are all happy over here. COVID has changed a lot of things for all of us but communication was the key and VINCE did an amazing job! Thank you and would not have wanted to deal with anyone else."
