"This business is a scam and they will admit it in court! Do not do business with these people! Not only will they trick you out of your money by doing nothing at all and charge you double for not doing any work!! I hired Protax to battle my taxes for the 2014/15 tax year. In the contract they require you to sign a two year deal at 35% of the overall savings. In 2014/15 they battled my taxes on a building giving me a savings of roughly 9,000 dollars in which I gladly paid per the contract. With the savings they asked to sign up for the next two years. Worried about signing up for two more years I wrote on the contract I was only signing up for one year 2015/16, which at the time I didn’t know I was already signed up for. That year they did nothing to lower the taxes and charge me 35% from the previous years original value, charging me another 3,000 dollars. Feeling stupid I paid them and wrote that they no longer represent me anymore. They then charged me for the next year and now want to charge me for the year after saying that the contract can not be cancelled. I am now paying more than I am saving!! I beg you stay away!!!"
