"This is NOT a deep cleaning service. we paid $1400, had 3 people in house cleaning for 6 hours amd they did less cleaning than our weekly one person cleaning service for which we pay $150. we spoke with representative before and on day of and we're told the deep cleaning could be completed -it was not AND the subpar cleaning they started was not concluded by 6 hours (had to have them leave without even sweeping the floors). DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE"

And Yolanda got me a last minute appointment the next day and truly saved my life. I cannot thank them enough on the superior service and the level of detail and left my place spanky clean. "EXCELLENT..!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..!! Yes, I've read some of these negative reviews and I'm not sure what they are talking about because this was NOT my experience at ALL..!! I had an alcoholic roommate leave suddenly who left me with a bedroom that smelled like the dumpster behind a liquor store... I had one of Yolanda's cards left in my mailbox, so I called. (I'm in Silverlake) I spoke to Brian on the phone & he quoted me $59 per hour per person, which is about right for our neighborhood... (You CAN find slightly cheaper and a lot of services are WAY higher.) BUT: Brian scheduled me for the very next day and they showed up promptly with two bilingual young ladies. They tore into the room & my bathroom and really did a deep cleaning of EVERYTHING..!! They used this scented cleaner for the floor and walls & it COMPLETELY changed the atmosphere of that bedroom. And my bathroom is now immaculate..!! And Veronica took the time to organize the kitchenette in the room that was a mess...they even moved some of the furniture around for me. (I'm retired & disabled.) Took them a couple of hours but that room needed a DEEP cleaning, so no regrets on the cost. (Have to get the room ready for my next tenant.) So if you are in the Silverlake / Los Feliz / Echo Park area & you are OK with the rate, you will DEFINITELY get your money's worth..!!"

"I was at the point where I could not sleep at night because I was so worried about this massive mess I had to tackle. I didn't realize that that remolding one room would create so much dust everywhere and in addition to a long over due spring cleaning. This job required at least a weeks+ worth of work windows, carpet cleaning, walls, woodfloor, chandeliers, lamps, etc etc... unless, perhaps, you tackled it as a team all day/night for 3 or 4 days. We only had 2 and a half days to go for an open house to get this house up for sale. As a previous car sales person i never was able to sell a dirty car so this place had to be spotless. so, I started and the cleaning never stopped for those 2 and a half days. But, I couldn't have gotten it done without the help of Yolandas Maid. I am just going to be real, I am a master organizer... yeah I said it... but when it comes to cleaning, I know I still have some room to grow. I am like, average... but Martha? HA! She was NOT playing around, that woman and her entourage left no corner uncleaned. they were a machine, with a kind heart, and a really impressive amount of dedication. They rocked it as a team, I organized, and they made everything shine! They even send a cleaner to reclean some spots that were missed the first time on the wood floors. The reason I give 5 stars is because of their customer service. Everybody makes mistakes especially big cleaning projects and must expect some setbacks but they are quick to reply and will rectify any issues. I highly recommend Yolandas Maid and carpet cleaning, after trying 3 other maid/cleaning services in the city ( Pro tip: NEVER EVER USE HANDY ) Try to meet the team in person you will get a better feel for the company that just relying on positive/negative reviews. I finally found one that I think is great!"

"After the initial deep cleaning of my bathrooms kitchen and rooms, and a big "plus" for me is that they professionally steam clean my carpets and rugs at the same time they are cleaning. Having two kids and a full-time job, I rarely get the chance to clean anything. And my kids are just being kids and leave a mess where ever they tread on. Therefore, I regularly use the maid cleaning service, and I have to say that I LOVE it. They are always on time, they work efficiently, and they never touch any of our personal belongings. I can even give them a key to come and clean when we’re not at home. The team are very friendly and even cleaned window sills and the edges/corners of rooms that prior cleaning services have consistently missed."
