"I went to fast-fix because a ring I've had over 23 years just split where it had been cut to enlarge when it was given to me. I also had another ring of the same age reinforced cause I could see a line & feared it would do the same. While there the jeweler pointed out a diamond was missing that I hadn't noticed (a small one on the side) so he replaced that also. I had a pinkie ring enlarged also half a size, so 3 rings total. I found out why it cracked too, the original enlargement used substandard materials instead of doing it right & so I learned some things too. Great people there, great work, & I'll definitely be back if I need anything done to any of my pieces of jewelry."

"This place is kind of far for me, but I was in a bind. Worth it because they are one of the only places open late and on the weekends. I believe they are also authorized by Citizen manufacturer to repair watches on site. Thank you guys, I needed immediate repair tonight and got what I needed. I think I can also tell that he custom fitted my pin to keep it from breaking in the same place as before due to tension. Fixed it faster than it took me to write this. Overall satisfied with service and creativity."
