"I came in for a necklace repair and ring resize and he had it done within the same day earlier than expected, despite having 3 repairs ahead of me! The jeweler/owner who I’m assuming is Andrew was very informative and knowledgeable, thank you for your good work and reasonable price☺️"

"Initially we thought we found a good place. We took a necklace to get repaired and they did it quick and the price was good. We took a few more items and that's when it changed for us. We left a silver necklace there so they could take a piece off and put it on a new necklace we bought there. We still wanted the old necklace since it was ours but when we went back the owner told us they "threw it out because it wasn't worth anything." The new necklace lasted a couple weeks before it broke. We took it back and he fixed it and basically said it was my wife's fault. We thought he should have replaced it. A week later, it broke again. So basically we paid to know that we shouldn't go there anymore, sometimes that's worth it."

"I took in 2 watches (family hierlooms) for new batteries. They changed both batteries, but only charged me for one because one of the watches still didn't work after the battery was replaced! These are ethical, customer oriented people and I can't recommend them enoufh!"

"Paid a fair price for quality work and done rather quickly as well. People who complain about $$$ for battery replacement are ridiculous. This shop is located in a mall, situated in a good area. Overhead will be high. This is not the swap meet/flea market. I will continue to go to this shop for service and repairs."

"This store is a RIP off the owner of the store charged me $20. Cash of course no tax For a battery no receipt put the money in his pocket. I later bought same battery but 2 of them at Rite aid for $8.75 .I went back to the owner of the store to get situation settled to no avail he then called security on me to try and get my phone that I had taken a picture of him to show the world or at least Northridge shoppers who and what a thief he is. Don't go to Andrews Express if you have values because they don't."
