"I decided to visit Classic Designs Jewelry before making my way to the LA jewelry district and it was the best decision. I am not well versed in the jewelry world and Jose went above and beyond in explaining everything, and I mean everything. I had an idea of my budget and provided wiggle room. The specific item I selected was likely going to go over my budget and Apo said don’t worry, I will do the best to stay within your budget and pick a diamond that’s meets our (the stores) requirements. Ultimately, I paid around my budget with a ring I would have never imagined. It is crazy beautiful! I forgot to mention they were able to do a 4 day turnaround on a custom ring. That was a last minute curveball on my part, which they took head on. I can say so many more great things about my interaction, but most importantly what I can say is, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this business. Thank you Jose & Apo."

"I had a small diamond fall out in the band of my ring. It fell out again following the repair, but they continued to repair it without additional charge. Great customer service! The ring was always ready before their estimated complete date and all of the staff were so welcoming. I could not be more thankful for their kindness and understanding, especially when I had my 2 young kids in there with me. And my ring now looks like new!! Great pricing as well. I will definitely be using them in the future for any and all of my jewelry needs. Highly recommend."
