"I purchased and item that was too big for me the staff was very unhelpful i wanted to exchange to a smaller size but according to the system my purchase doesn’t exist for 24hrs. Which makes no sense. I will never be purchasing here again especially when u can buy similar quality items online for a much better experience. You guys definitely lost a customer here. Fix ur system this is horrible for customer experience Update *** so i called the number and they were absolutely NO HELP!! "Wow! I never thought I’d be writing a review for a women’s jewelry store, but here we are!! What an amazing experience today shopping at this unique Jewelry store. This is my first time ever walking into Pandora, I was greeted by a manager (Art) who was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for and he made the entire shopping experience so easy! Art’s service was so excellent, I decided to make an appointment to come back with my sister and mom to shop! 10/10 customer service, knowledge and overall experience."

"Such an amazing experience - will be coming back for future Pandora purchases. My girlfriend had a really bad experience at the Pandora in Northridge, so I came to this one and they took care of me and earned a repeat customer! Art was super friendly and helpful as well as his (I think) manager/coworker. The general manager (I forgot her name - I assume she was the general manager) was obviously trained in customer service or is just naturally great at it! Left very happy and will return :)"
