"Wonderful service. Mark Daniel Arakelyan, the owner, does the work in-house so I got my ring back with new prongs on my diamond ring in record time. I previously went to another jeweler to have new prongs put on another ring and it took over 2 weeks to get the work done and get my ring back. Mark's quote for the work to be performed was right in the ball park. Very pleasant and he is my new "go to" jeweler. He is located in the Simi Town Center near the theatre."

"I came in to the shop to have my watch fixed after accidentally submerging it and getting water inside. It is an invicta that my brother wore everywhere before he passed away. There was a significant amount of damage done to the mechanics. I told Victor that the watch was of such sentiment. I can not even adequately summarize how grateful for Victor I am. He did everything he could to replace only the damaged pieces (which required some truly intricate dissecting especially considering that it is an invicta) and within only a couple weeks, presented me with my brother’s watch again. "Awesome place. I randomly looked up a watch shop as I needed to have my g shock repaired. It had stopped beeping after a battery replacement, but the spring was still in tact. Gave Victor a call and was assured that he'd be able to fix it. Brought it in a bit after lunch to beat the rush and was in and out in 20 minutes. He was able to figure out what was wrong and even pressure tested my watch! Stand up guy and all around professional who enjoys what he does. His shop definitely has some cool vintage watches on display! Will definitely come back here for any watch repairs that I need."
