"Came in as a walkin.... after being told no at several other places today. I work out of state as a truck driver and today was just a random day home so I needed to get my taxes done asap. Other places didn't treat my situation (tax concerns what I need/ want to file) serious and questioned my reasoning. The employees here actually suggested to me what I was trying to have other places do and helped me asap(had to wait for current customer to finish). Also I paid about $50 less then most and was quoted almost $100+ at some places to do my 1099 file. Recommend if in a hurry or have questionable questions...."

"Highly disappointed with our experience this year. We've been coming here for years and always received the advertised $50 cash with your paid tax preparation, it's not exactly cheap to file. We have filed over 9 tax returns at liberty tax so I was surprised when they said we didn't qualify? Then we were told it was a software change. Hmm, that still shouldn't affect our eligibility for such a seemingly straightforward advertisement. Complete false advertisement, "with any paid tax preparation"; you should probably order some new signage. *Restrictions definitely apply here*"
