Greg and the housekeeping staff are wonderful always friendly, and available for any questions or any help needed. The condos are absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Condos are always kept pristine, clean, fully stocked and decorated nicely. Every time we go there we just want to sit on the balcony and listen and watch the beautiful ocean. There is so much to do in Carlsbad, so many great eateries and shopping to enjoy. we highly recommend Seabreeze vacation rentals… We are looking forward to our next visit already. "The location is wonderful. Literally across the beach. Clean and well maintained, we had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. You really don’t need a car out here. The place is centrally located in Carlsbad village and every restaurant is a short walk away. Highly recommend that you rent an e-bike to have fun exploring this lovely town. Parking is a breeze as they have dedicated spaces for guests. I would definitely get the higher floor as the view is pretty. Two flights of stairs get you to the condo on the second floor, I would pack light! There is no central ac but they have window units in the bedrooms. The benefit of bring in the second floor is you can keep the balcony doors open and enjoy the sea breeze and the ocean sounds. So you really do not miss having central air conditioning. I loved that I saved a lot of money by finding them directly on Google and booking on their website. They have discounts for weekly and monthly stays so worth checking out as well!"

"We loved staying at Sea Breeze! The one bedroom was perfect for the weekend and was great for making breakfast at the place and then walking to great restaurants for dinner. Our unit was on the first floor and even with the beach parking lot in front, it was super quiet and felt very private. The pictures are very accurate and the unit was well stocked with what we needed. We will definitely book this place again!"
