"Bad customer service, especially the wife. Take your service somewhere else."
"My mom and I came in to this store with the intent to buy a couple items as gifts for me. It was a mess from the start. The door said to push and so we pushed but it wouldn't open. Then we tried to push again and it still didn't work. The gentlemen inside started waving and kind of yelling at us. The lady came and started getting annoyed and yelling at us to push it more. It's pretty heavy and finally after pushing super hard to get inside, two more doors stood as obstacles. I get the security needed for the area but was the yelling and annoyance necessary? Finally once inside, we were browsing and looking at items. My mom and I are very friendly people and so we chatted with the gentleman and kindly asked to see a particular item he had in the back. We were serious about buying and have been shopping around other places as well so we asked to see the item and inquired about the price. The gentleman was kind enough to go back and get it for us. Before he could go back, his wife stopped him in the doorway and with her annoyed tone asked what was he doing. He told her that we were interested in seeing the particular item they had and wanted to see it and ask how much. The lady said very rudely "why do they want to see it?! No! If they want to see it, the have to buy something else out front first!" The gentleman was like "if they want to see it, then let them see it!" And he went to the back still to grab it for us. The lady comes out and condescendingly starts talking to my mom asking her what's she going to buy here and that they only take cash. We had cards and several hundred in cash only. What we wanted would cost several thousands and we only take out that much money if we saw the items and knew for sure we wanted to buy it from that particular spot. It's too crazy in the world to carry all your cash around with you. Plus, we've gone to plenty of jewelry stores that take cards before. Also, withdrawing cash from the bank or atm is not that big of a deal. She treated us rudely and because we didn't carry thousands in cash, she told us no where can we find a jewelry store that takes card. I was getting mad for my mom since my mom is so sweet and polite always to everyone no matter how they mistreat her. I was still polite to the lady and told my mom, "that's fine, we'll just go to the bank and withdraw money". The lady changed her tone real quick knowing that we have money to withdraw. But when we asked how much that particular item was, she still wouldn't tell us how much. Like how much do we withdraw from the bank if you can't even give us a ball park number? I'm not going to withdraw 10k for something that's like 5k. Or what if I assume it's 5k like the other stores but here it's, 6k? I'll be short. It was just so annoying having people with no customer service skills talk down to you and then dismiss you when you seriously intended to buy something. So we politely left and went to the bank. Then we drove to another jewelry store that we had looked at earlier and decided to buy from them since they were so very kind to us. Even if the price for that item we were looking for wasn't the cheapest we've found, we still prefer to give our business to people who deserve it. Though the husband was somewhat nice, the wife was not a good person at all based on how she treats customers. No wonder they had no customers there while we were there. If you want someone to treat you like lowly poor people that's taking up their time, then come to this place."
"Really rude Would not let me inside asked me what I wanted from the door said they had no ear rings they busy come back later"
"Store owners are really bad. A bad selection of jewelry and when asked to check if the diamonds are real, they refused to let them be checked. I do not recommend going there for they have bad service and suspicious jewelry."
"The old lady owner was rude. Bad, poor, sour attitude. I was there looking for a certain gold bracelet and size and she kept urging us that hers were good already. We told her we'll be going to another shop to see if they have more options and she used her hand to shoo us away."
