Andrea sat down with me and helped design a beautiful custom piece that perfectly embodied what I had in mind. She was very personable helpful. When one of her jewelers was uncomfortable working with my stone, as emeralds are fragile, Andrea took it upon herself to create my piece, and ensured its utmost safety. The final necklace is stunning and I am very grateful I chose Talisman Jewelers!"

"We walked in to have my wife's wedding band fixed, and we ended up walking out with a beautiful necklace. We were very impressed with the atmosphere, sales staff, and the customer service. My wife and I have been to several jewelry stores, and I honestly have never been as comfortable or relaxed while shopping. I highly recommend. "I came in to look at engagement rings & also brought in a few family pieces. I asked some questions (since I am not a pro in jewelry) she looked at me as if I was completely stupid and her response was so rude and condescending. She made me feel inferior and she was just plain unprofessional. I ended up leaving and she called and emailed me to apologize that she “may have offended me”. If you feel the need to apologize to your potential customers, obviously you did something wrong. Super unprofessional, snotty, and just plain rude. What should have been an exciting time became one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Bummer for them since a few days prior I was talking with Kate (she’s amazing) and was eyeing a $11,000 ring.. if I had never met Andrea I probably would have went through with the purchase. However thank god I did meet her. I would not give this place my time, money or business EVER after the experience I had. Plenty of professional & kind jewelers in the area. No need to shop here!"
