Quick & Clean Cleaners

"I did not visit their business or use Quick and Clean Cleaners services however I called them and ask how much it would cost to dry clean practically new 501 denim jeans that had no stains no abrasions etc. And they repeatedly said they needed to physically see the said items in order to price them. I strongly believe anyone whom runs a business should have a said price for certain items. If they don't, I feel that I have reason to believe that they may attempt to take advantage of me or overcharge me... I don't know... but I called another dry cleaners, Continental Cleaners, over the phone and within seconds they gave me a price. That's how business should be done. I am not trying to discourage anyone from using this store It may in fact be a good business but I do think there's always room for improvements and I hope they fix this for their future customers. I think it may significantly increase business."

"Picked up my dry cleaning just today! Very excited. A wonderful service out here in Hemet. This is my first time using a dry cleaning service in the town and I went to this one first time. Great job! They took in a 3 piece suit (vest, jacket, and pants) with sensitive fabric and did a fantastic job. Pressed, cleaned well, and the pants creased. The suit is special and was given as a gift from a friend. It meant a lot to her and it means a lot to me.....It is for a most special occasion and the Quick & Clean Cleaners did an outstanding job. This suit is over 50 years old but it looks like it was taken fresh from its original store. May God bless the family who operates this business."

"I placed a new pair of corduroy pants, in your establishment to be hemmed. I EXPRESSLY informed the young lady, that I desired a cuff. My request WAS not followed!! The cuff was not done correctly. Plus, as the picture shows, the hemming itself was very shoddily done! I think My $16.00 that was WASTED should be refunded! I will not be returning to your establishment."

"Happy with suit that was dry cleaned, irritated at poor sewing accuracy, and workmanship. I gave the young lady at the counter specific instructions for the sewing of service patches onto new uniform attire and they were not followed."

"Took my very expensive peacoat to them to get dry cleaned I come back a few days later to pick it up and it still had dog hair and those tiny little fuzz balls all over it I take it back in and the owner says whoever took it didn't they tell you we we cant clean it 100% I then told him no if she were to tell me that I wouldn't have taken it here he then gets a lint roller out and tries to lint roll and pick off the little Flint balls with his hand which mind you a majority of it came off with a simple when roll of a lint brush insane I just paid them 12 dollars for absolutely nothing and something I could have done myself! I will not be back!!"
