Which is a big deal to me( punctuality). They not only bird proofed my panels but did a fantastic job cleaning under them. He kept me informed with photos the whole way. Not only were my panels left sparkling but so was my back yard Curtis and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was left sanitized and clean. Better then when the arrived. He even cleaned my drains that were clogged! Just a good old fashioned entrepreneur with a business that treats customers like they are family. "Very professional company. Customer service was above and beyond expectations. While cleaning our solar panels a few of our roof tiles got cracked. Not because of their fault but because we have very old Spanish clay tiles that break very easily. I would not have even known they had cracked them if they did not tell me. They went out of their way to schedule a person to come out and replace the crack tiles. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process.
