"I went into the Bead Gallery to buy a couple of bead findings to repair several pairs of earrings. I was so pleased to see the vast amount of bead supplies this store carries. However, I was most pleased with the expertise of an older employee. Her knowledge of stones and her creativity was boundless. She even showed me how to change my clip on earrings to pierced. It was not easy to do, but she devised a way of using two findings together creating a new purpose for them. It was so nice to see a store that values knowledge and experience over youth and beauty of their employees. I was disappointed to hear that she only works on Sunday. Owners of the Bead Gallery: you have a gem here that should be utilized! I came in for a few items and left your store spending $200 just before payday. I am anxious to bring my friends next Sunday (after I get my monthly check) to spend even more of my money."
