Our pool has never been so clean and running great. Our prior pool service companies always had an excuse why the pool was not clean and sparkling. Ever since we switched to COmplete Pool Service the pool looks fantastic ! Highly recommend this company"

"Tristan was absolutely unprofessional and did an absolutely terrible job our pool just looked dirty the entire couple of months that he was in charge of cleaning. We even had algae start to develop and when we asked about our tile looking terrible he said they do not clean the tile and apparently the pool either, so if you’re looking for pool cleaning service I don’t even see the point in even considering this company. Every time they came the pool still looked dirty they really sucked… I have used a pool cleaning service before and by far these guys are the absolute worst and perfect example of a company you would not want to affiliate yourself with! I asked if we could stop service and get prorated the month he insisted he would continue cleaning even though we were completely unsatisfied with his service, absolutely ridiculous! I will be posting pictures and reviewing them on other sites. If I can upload pictures here I will. Not enough time to go over every single thing that these guys did wrong!"

"It's not easy to find an honest, professional, and very experienced pool service company, but I finally found it. I'm very happy that I hired Tristan to service my pool weekly and the new filter he installed for the pool. My very old pool filter was cracking and leaking; Tristan gave me a reasonable quote and patiently answered all my questions. Now my pool is sparkling clear! Also, his prompt response is another great plus for me."

"I’m very satisfied with the service, couldn’t ask a better company to do the right job and do it so well. When I bought the house three years ago, I hired the same person (seller’s), cleaned the pool once a week. A 10 minute job: scooping whatever debris on the pool, maybe brushed the bottom once a month or not. After a year or so I noticed the water was murky and the sides of the pool and spa we’re getting this moss color. Without any hesitation I cancelled his service and hired another company. The first few service did the same; scooped but this time no brushing. I spoke to this young cool looking guy about the murky and moss but his response infuriate me... needless to say I fired him too after 3 weeks. With luck on my side, the pool fairy sent me Lucas Feres (Sierra Pool) and WOW!!! My pool is healthy again. Lucas and his wife came on a weekend and did an amazing (amazing is an understatement) He’s still doing a great job as ever!! Thanks Lucas!!! Sierra Pool Service is very highly recommended. One last thing, I wish I can post pictures of the filters before and after."
