"DISAPPOINTED: I had a terrible experience with this store that ruined my wedding dress. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and would like to share my experience with others in the hopes of avoiding a similar situation. When I picked up my dress, I was shocked to see that the bottom was jagged and uneven. Instead of fixing the issue properly, the owner at the store used an old pair of scissors on the spot to try and fix the problem, still creating more jagged edges. The hemming was also done below the agreed-upon area, leaving my dress too long and completely ruining the overall look. I was extremely unhappy with the final result and felt like all the money I spent was a complete waste. My wedding dress was one of the most important pieces for my big day and it was ruined by the lack of professionalism and care from this dry cleaning store. I would not recommend this store to anyone in need of hemming services. They seemed uninterested in providing quality service and completely disregarded the instructions and agreements we made. If you are in need of dry cleaning services, I would advise you to look elsewhere and find a store with a reputation for providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction."
