"Absolutely loved my experiences here! On my first visit here, I purchased two sets of 22k gold Bali earrings. Mrs. Chinna was very patient and showed me all the earrings in my budget. She did not rush me or force me into making any hasty decisions! That’s a big plus for me as I hate to be rushed during expensive decisions. She was sweet and polite and patient. The earrings I got are real 22k gold and stunning! Mr and Mrs Chinna have a very large selection. I was very drawn to all the beautiful chains. After 4 months of testing out my gold bali earrings with daily wear and showers, they still shine like I bought them yesterday. I went back to buy my 22k gold chains and I couldn’t be happier! I bought two gold rope chains and a OM pendant. Mrs. Chinna is a true sweetheart. She made sure I found the chains I loved and made sure my pendants fit! She pulled out her tools and fitted my pendants beautifully. Afterwards she helped me find beautiful chandelier earrings for my moms bday present. I wanted to look at everything and she was patient! I went back again and purchased a 3rd 22k gold rope chain with initial pendant. I went back after visiting Khadim jewelers, Bombay jewelers, and bismillah jewelers. Out of all those jewelers, Chinna jewelers had the best price and best service. I inquired about the price for the same chains I got and everyone quoted me higher!!! I was glad I made the purchase at Chinna! They have really fair prices and after doing my own face to face research with other gold retailers, it’s safe to say I’m sticking with them for all my golden needs. "The people in the store that managed the place and workers I guess were rude.. Especially when I was looking only to spend under a $100... But I actually would have spent a lot more if it would have been a good experience... At the end of the day I bought one Maple for $35... Just because I drove 30 miles there and back... At the time I think silver was about around $19 an ounce.. So $16 premium is pretty high. Anyways not the greatest place in the world I recommend a couple other places like like Crown And riverside.... and Americana.... I guess you people are rich so you don't mind the bad reviews good luck."

"My local jewelers I’ve gone to over the years have closed down, so I thought I’d come in and see how this place was. I called to see how much appraisals would be for my insurance and was quoted $15 each, at the time to pay it was $25 each, why the up charge, which is sketchy and bad business. In addition I brought a few pieces I had legit appraisals on, just to make sure that this jeweler was legit, as I don’t want to do business with places that aren’t. They lowballed the appraisals by crazy amounts, one specific ring was appraised at their establishment for less than $500 but was appraised on the original appraisal for $$$$s from a legitimate GIA Gemologist. I sadly will not be going back, instead I’ll be warning friends and family, sorry that I still haven’t been able to find a new local jewelers shop."
