"DO NOT GO HERE FOR WATCH SERVICE!! I let him replace my watch battery on my g shock watch and now it won't seal properly. Water now gets into my watch. Went back to have him fix the problem and he tells me I only know how to put the battery in. It's a 200 watch and I only had the watch for a year, like new condition now doesn't work properly now."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! My first experience with Kevin, he was nice, efficient and helpful. I first had 9 watch batteries replaced. My second purchase was a gold rope bracelet. I went back on June 24th and purchased a nugget heart ring. By July 14th while on vacation I noticed I felt poking on my finger and noticed my ring had cracked/chipped. I went in today to have him fix it and before I could ask him to he yelled at me and said he wasn't giving me a refund. I already know places like this do not refund. I wanted him to be apologetic that a ring I purchased from him less than 1 month was chipped and that he would fix it. Instead he yelled at me, flipped me off with both hands and smiled. Absolutely poor customer service, low inventory and happily rips people off. Honestly, I felt attacked, judged and the vibes seems borderline prejudice or racist. We work for our money to just give it away to someone unprofessional and unkind."

"Kevin the assistant manager was very fast, very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went in to get a chain fixed and he had it done within 20 minutes and it was extremely affordable."

"My husband bought me a ring from this store for $3400, and I noticed the diamond was cracked. It had very visible imperfections. Within hours of buying it we tried to return and he said we could only get store credit. However, there was no inventory to choose from to exchange. He wanted us to order something from a catalog. We looked up the very same ring and same diamond size at bigger more reputable jewelry stores, and they were selling it for $2300. We got seriously ripped off. Do not go here. Worst store, worst service, terrible selection."

I went in looking to repair a ring of mine and was assured that they would be able to fix it, have cleaned, and pick it up the next day for a really decent price which mad me very happy! I also bought a gold pendant and the owner cleaned my necklace for free as well. I’m excited to find an affordable place for jewelry/ repair and will definitely be back."
