"I’ve been working with Jon Don for a long while, Ralph is my go to Gentleman as I’ve been working with him even longer. I follow him where he goes for great client service especially for the rapid orders of material need. That should tell you how fantastic he is without further explanation. I want to mentioned Nicco at this location though. My team brought in our Blastrac floor scraper because it broke on a project site. Purchased in 2018 with minimal issues and/or repairs since then. Not only did he commit to helping us as soon as possible. He also connected with me with my preferred communication method, email/text, since my schedule is always hectic. Fantastic client and customer service doesn’t even begin to describe the level of professionalism and courtesy Nicco extended. Give him praise Jon Don if you haven’t already. Jon Don is a great competitor in the industrial world for a wide variety of supplies, equipment, tools etc etc. Instead of listing everything else, I recommend looking at their website and if it fits call them to set up an account!"

"These guys are awesome if you need any chemicals or carpet cleaning equipment this is the place to go. Taylor is the best she will order whatever you need even some parts that I wasn’t able to look up on my own she was able to find. On top of that they have phenomenal repair technicians, Didier and Jose or not only personable and customer service oriented people but they are expert repair technicians I don’t trust my equipment with any one but these guys. "Great place to work, large facility with plenty of supplies and equipment. New and merged with Quest Building Products from Patt street so be patient with the growing pains. Technically the grand opening will be on July 30th. Previous review was before we were officially open."
