"I had a water damage from my neighbor above me. They contacted their insurance company who contacted me to get a quote from a local company. I contacted Servpro of Santa Ana. A representative showed up to assess the damages on Dec 14, 2022. As of this date, I still have not received a quote from them. I have called them now about 7 times and they always promise to send the quote to me wish never happen. I don't know why I'm giving them all these chances when I really should contact a professional company. Update, Because of their inaction, the insurance company says they will not cover the damages because it has taken a too long time. SERVPRO of Santa Ana will now cost us thousands of dollars that would have been covered by Insurance if it wasn't for their unprofessional ways of running a "business"."
