"On 7/31, I took a watch to Lu'ro for repair as I have before. I called at the end of the week and was asked rudely, "Did we call you? Don't call us, we'll call you." On 8/31, I went to Paul's Watch Repair at Fulton and Marconi in Sacramento for another watch. Turns out Paul does watch repair for Lu'ro. I went to get my watch from them. "Did we call you?" They said Paul said my watch couldn't be repaired. I took it to Paul the next day and he repaired it. He said he'd never seen it before. Lu'ro never sent it to him. They kept it with no apparent plan to return it. Lu'ro Jewelers are rude and deceptive. Take your watches to Paul. He's pleasant, fast and honest."
