"I am writing this message to recommend the professional service of the company called, “ Crown Cleaners Harbor”, located in Costa Mesa, California. I have used the dry cleaning services of theirs for over 2 years now and have yet until having them provide my dry cleaning, never been totally satisfied with the results . They have met every deadline and request and in their own continued to provide me with the extra attention that I never asked for or expected . Being myself an executive in the service industry I am able to recognize whether or not any business is able to provide quality service or not and often it is evident that it is not an important aspect of many establishments that do business with the public. I can honestly attest to the fact that the family owned business of Crown Cleaners Harbor know exactly what service is and means to their customers and they drive that service above and beyond in every aspect of their service to their customers. This is one service provider I know you will find more than what you expected and will use them regularly thereafter."

"They have new owners as of this month. I have been trusting my clothes with this store for years and had a very good relationship with the previous owners. They always did a fabulous job and prices were great for the cleaning services. New owners have raised the prices ridiculous high. I will never return sadly. New owners ripping people off horribly. Be careful and pay attention to what you pay. Buyer beware."

"So i have been going here for about a year with normal dry cleaning request and it was ok no real issues but this last visit made me furious with the employee there. First of i brought in my wedding pants and she messed up the length. Now i get it people make mistakes but she continued to argue with me that she did not do this and i know i brought it to this cleaners cuz i never go anywhere else. So 4 trips later she finally completed the work correctly but it eas pulling teeth with this employee. I hate excuses and if she would have just owned up to her mistake i would have no issues but the pointing fingers and the i have never done this in 30 years spiel is the reason i will now find a new cleaners. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION."
