Reviews
"Very good service and quality and speed and good attention."
"Quality was good, sad that items were not ready on the day, I had to go back... the next day. As I was packing for a trip! Maybe better luck next time"
"Under new ownership. New owner working hard to make it good."
"Good neighborhood Cleaners that like developing a solid relationship with their customers. They have always been able to accommodate any special needs that I have and they have always found a way to make it right the 2 or 3 times in over 10 years of doing business with them where I feel like something went wrong. Personal people that are running a professional business."
"If you like to deal with dishonest, incompetent liars, this is the place you want to go. I left a few garments on the 22nd of December for a pick up on the 24th. They took about 20 minutes to charge my credit card. The manager offered a next day rush. I didn't ask for anything from her, so I thought they were being nice and I thanked her. I came in on on the 23rd and I was told that the machine broke down and that they didn't clean my clothes yet and that I'd have to come back on the 24th. I asked if there was any discount that I could get since there was no rush and that I made the trip to the cleaners and never received a phone call to tell me that my clothes weren't finished. I was told that I would receive a discount but that I would have to find out how much it would be on the 24th. I once again came to the cleaners on the 24th (third time in three days). I was told that I wouldn't receive a discount because apparently they undercharged on one of the garments and that I should be happy. I inspected the clothes and noticed a yellow stain on my one of my shirts. I was promptly told that the stain had always been there and that they tried to get it out but couldn't (news to me). Since this was now Christmas Eve and I needed the clothes, I begrudgingly paid the ticket. I brought the clothes home and my wife noticed that more of the clothes were damaged. We tried asking for a refund at that point since about 4/5 of the garments were damaged in one way or another (stains, pieces missing or damaged). We were told that we would have to speak to a manager and that they were out of town for the holiday. This turned into a couple weeks of unsuccessfully trying to get a hold of a manager. I finally disputed the charges with them in January. They replied to my credit card's dispute with a letter filled with outright lies.Everything from me not showing up on time, to holding up lines and even to my wife being verbally abusive to the staff and refusing to speak to a manager (no clue why my wife would call and refuse to speak to a manager?). I'm guessing that they didn't expect me to be able to read their letter of lies."
