"They are not flexible and do not really care about customer satisfaction. For the price I paid, I would expect this would matter. If you’re not happy with how the alteration came out, they will charge you extra to get it repaired again. No apologies or customer reassurance whatsoever, it is what it is. That’s how this place is. NEVER coming back!!"
"I brought in a table cloth to be hemmed to fit a smaller table. The table cloth had beautiful flowers on the long sides of the cloth so I asked if they could hem from both sides to keep the flowers even and I was told yes. When I picked up the tablecloth, it was ruined. One side has been cut and hemmed leaving flowers only on one side. I called the business trying to figure out what went wrong and wasn’t called back. I am disappointed with the service and lack of respect for their customers. I will not use them again and will warn people of their work in the future."
"I love this place! Everyone is really nice and responsive. I’ve gotten down comforters dry cleaned here with no problem. Other items with spots that I thought were for sure ruined from a wedding that they had no problem getting out."
"This is my favorite dry cleaners in town to go to when I need my clothes dry cleaned. Been going there for a few years and had a pleather jacket and most recently a leather jacket cleaned, they both came out looking great! The owner Ken is very friendly and does his best to make sure my clothes are well taken care of. Instant 5 stars from me on the service alone!"
