"I took my long black coat for stains it had. When I went to pick it up I didn't check it because I was in a hurry. So it's on me. Today that I have to wear it I see many of the stains I wanted remove and a lot of white fuss on it along with animal hair . It's upsetting that I paid $15 for a job that wasn't well done. Not using that place again."

"I've been coming here for the last eight years. Staff for the most part is nice and I've only had to wait over 2 minutes when there's line. Generally they're pretty good with having orders ready on time and getting them to you."

"This place has gone down hill fast in the six years I have used them. Wait time for to pick up your clothes gets longer, prices have gone higher, charging credit card fees for transactions and the rude staff have pushed me over the edge. I am never using their services again. Being a loyal customer for a long time it sucks to make this review, but I feel inclined to warn others. They do have a great following with the local police which I respect, but my resent visits are forcing me to take my business elsewhere. Customers can be demanding and I have witnessed it here in the pick up area. The staff always looks stressed and I sympathized. My last visit the staff was incredible rude, they state my item was not ready. At drop off I was told this day. I arrive and it is not ready and you make it seem like it's my fault. They have a new rule where you have to bring your paid receipt back at pick up. No problem, but when asked why so the response from them is "A longtime customer blamed us for losing their clothes. The receipt is now required with every pick. If lost you need government ID and there is a one dollar fee." If you feel like overpaying, waiting longer, and getting treated like dirt every time you use their service then please be my guest. I now am too "a longtime customer"."
