"The worst experience ever with Carpet Cleaning. First I was quoted $29.99 a room over the phone. Then he gets here and says it will be more for deep cleaning which wasn't a problem. It's a problem when you pay $200 for deep cleaning and you carpet looks worst than when the person first came. No wonder he didn't even provide his name! AND EMPTIED THE DIRTY CARPET WATER ON MY GRASS! SUCH A RIP OFF!!! PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB"
