"DO NOT USE ... hired for a biweekly clean. Started off ok, but then on several occasions we discovered that they: 1) Did not complete clean 2) Attempted to overcharge for standard work 3) Overstaffed projects and then asked for additional payment for bringing extra people, even though camera evidence showed they were just sitting around and chatting for a long period of time 4) Cancelled on cleans on short notice (every so often is ok, but not when it becomes a habit) 5) Even stole cleaning supplies More importantly, upon confronting them, they simply said to find someone else to clean, even though it was short notice with the July 4 holiday coming up and refused to show up to the agreed upon date"
