"First of all, if you are looking for a Montana Sapphire, you absolutely need to go to Gemfix! The quality of the stones are the best, the cuts are absolutely gorgeous, and the prices are fair. Setting up an appointment was easy, as Andrew and Laura were quick to respond and we were able to painlessly coordinate a meeting. I drove from Torrance, CA and arrived about 10min early. Andrew was already inside getting set up and he let me in. We chatted about what I was looking for in a stone, showed him my setting, and he pulled out several stones for me to look at. He was extremely gracious with his time and we chatted for almost 90 minutes before I finally decided on a stone. He made sure I looked at the stone under several different lighting scenarios and we even went next door to make sure the stone could be set into my ring. What I loved the most was that at no point did I feel like he was trying to sell me a stone. We just sat and talked and it just felt like we were two friends meeting over coffee, rather than two strangers who were in a business meeting.
