"This is a review for their pick and drop service. Let's start with the Cons - two pieces of clothing came back ripped, all 7 dress shirts came back a size smaller. We had given them instructions to wash all shirts on cold and dry on low. It doesn't look like they did that. Cost for 80 pounds was almost 200. And we ended up spending more than that amount to replace the dress shirts. Wished we hadn't trusted them with our clothes. Pros - ease of service, we were really tired after moving and was thankful this service existed. Clothes came back so beautifully folded within 20 hours! Like i didn't even know you could fold certain pieces of clothing so perfectly. But given our overall experience, won't use it again, not recommended for any delicate or work clothes."

"I used their laundry pick up and delivery service, it’s EXCELLENT. The driver was on time & friendly. My clothes came back folded and some on hanger ( no extra charge for hangers). This service is a life hack. I love it."

"Very poor customer service. They have changed their policy for minimum 20lbs order. It doesn’t matter if you used to go there all the time and a repeat customer or willing to pay same day fee. As I travel a lot they USED to be a friendly and reliable business. New management is poor to say the least."
