"No matter when I come it’s always dirty. I know it’s not the staff’s fault that clients are disgusting leaving all their trash behind, but a few months ago things were much cleaner. The older lady was always cleaning up and she was quite welcoming too."

"I’ve been doing my laundry here for years. It’s always been an acceptable place. Clean and friendly. I love that the owners care about their business and have taken comments seriously. Any issues that have came up have been immediately resolved."

"This was a really solid place to knock my laundry out at. I’m hoping the management reads these reviews and takes them seriously. I’ve been coming for the last 5 years as needed and the biggest differences as of late are as follows: 1-female attendants were replaced with male attendants. While for safety reasons I understand the security of the location is better protected with a male presence, but it has had downfalls. The male attendants are not as nice or attentive as the ladies they replaced. 2- cleanliness! This place was different from other laundromats because the attendants used to clean up almost religiously. The state of the laundromat has gotten so bad no, that I was washing at 3pm and several roaches were near the dryer machines. Daytime presence of these pests usually means an infestation, and the dryers were not isolated. The vending machines had a family of roaches right underneath it as well. 3- Loitering! A group of individuals without fail is usually seated 10 feet away from the back entrance engaging in illegal dice gambling. They are openly drinking alcohol on the premises, with no respect to the business or it’s guests. The men hanging out even urinate alongside the very wall they are next to, which is disrespect of property and illegal as well. Not once has an attendant tried to intervene or even listen when I tell them they can call authorities to remove these people from the property. It’s as if they don’t care it makes the patrons uncomfortable. -Machines! More machines are marked as under maintenance or blocked off now than before, as if the machines going down isn’t communicated or as big of a priority for the staff. Earlier this year, I would often see a technician servicing machines regularly as I washed my clothes. Overall trust is declining, and I really wish I could give the laundromat the 5 stars it deserved in the past but things have definitely taken a downward turn. I will most likely be washing here for my last time and searching for a cleaner, safer place to do my laundry."
