White shirt still had stains and black jeans were no longer black, they had white stains and an exaggerated discoloration. I dropped them off, I believe September 2, 2017. I'm now picking them up, September 21, 2017. She refused to give a refund. She still shared that her Business, insurance company, that she pays to WILL file a Lawsuit against brands. Mary mentioned True Religion and Calvin Klein. She also said she will NOT refund anyone nor she'll have anyone participate in the lawsuit. I believe she lied, I think she made up this story. I believe that she played many customers dumb. Like she said to me, maybe your jeans were not "original" that's why the discoloration. I think NOT, because I came to the CLEANERS a PROFESSIONAL who knows how to handle colors and fabric. OBVIOUSLY NOT PROFESSIONAL. Careless business, I advised you to trust yourself to wash your clothes, ESPECIALLY when you paid full Retail price "Original Brands" and save money by having a business do it for you and TIME, time is not recovered by all means. DO NOT COME."
