"DO NOT TRUST this store for your jewelry or watch repair . Mid.December of last year I brought in a brand new in box watch that I had bought myself for Christmas. The jeweler took the watch to size it and brought it back so bent that it wouldn’t clasp shut . He then tried three time to bend it back enough to clasp shut . It was out of line . But would close . I was then told that they would order the bracket that they bent and would call when it came in . I waited months and nothing. I finally went back into the shop and they said they’d send it to their watch man . Two weeks went by and I went in to retrieve the watch only to find the bracket had not been replaced and that they had simply bent the old bracket more to make it line up better . I would not step foot into this store unless you like being lied too !"

"The BEST! They are fantastic to work with and I am so happy we discovered them. As we approached a milestone anniversary, we were looking at options to enhance my wedding set. We took my ring to Zales for a repair and while we waited for the estimate, we browsed the cases. We explained to the salesperson the desire to enhance my ring and we were frustrated that the visit ended with the repair bill exceeding $800 and the salesperson trying to talk us into trading in my wedding to upgrade to a new set.
