"Been using HappyNest for two months now and was ok at first — a couple of things went missing. My most recent bag is completely missing. I went down to check outside my apartment to check after getting the notification that my bag was dropped off but it wasn’t there. When I called them I got no answer. It’s been two days now and I’ve been checking consistently — nothing. Pretty much half of my clothes just gone."
"First let me say my clothes were cleaned and folded. So for all general purposes, the company did its job. But I could not give them 5 stars because of the issues I had with pickup, and drop off. I get times are an estimate. But if I receive a text day of service @7am saying that the clothes will be picked up 9:40-9:50, I don’t expect to still see my clothes sitting on my porch at 2pm. I did a trial run, I travel a lot and I’m trying to establish a good rapport with a good company. Had I not reached out to customer service the few times I did, I’m not sure it would have been handled. They offer no updates, or route change issues, or even an “on the way” message. As far as drop off, my only complaint is that I was told my clothes would be returned in a laundry bag from the company, and they were not, they were returned in a clear plastic bag. Don’t to much particularly care for that."
"Happy Nest is very reliable and dependable. Laundry is nicely folded or on hangers. Delivery people are friendly and helpful. The office is accommodating when I need to change or postpone delivery. They try to update customers when delivery estimated time changes."
