"Review of Alteration Service: Very incompetent staff. Brought in a pair of pants on Monday to have buttons sewed on, was given a pickup date of Friday. Checked in mid-day Friday and they said to come at closing. Came at closing and they hadn't done the alteration or even known or recorded what alteration needed to be done. They just gave me my pants back without even offering to do the alteration that night or at discount or anything. Basically only stick to laundry here."
