"Fantastic! I went there because they are in the parking lot next to my apartment. I thought I'd try them out. I needed jeans and a slacks hemmed. I had an interview at some point in the next few days and needed them done fairly quickly. They asked when they needed to be done, I said maybe a few days. I left. A half hour later, my interview shifted to the next day. I went back and told them, and they were like, so when do you need them. I asked if tomorrow morning first thing was reasonable. They pushed me to the top of the queue, no additional money. These people are the real deal. Super nice. Accommodating! They know how to run a business. I don't need a lot of stuff dry cleaned or hemmed, but when I do, they know they will be seeing me again!"

"Great place! The couple who own it are very pleasant and always greet you with a smile. I think it's ridiculous that someone gave a 3-star review because she thinks she can "get a better deal somewhere else." It's dry cleaning... they have set prices that you can look up in advance. And the prices here are very competitive with other local dry cleaners. A bad review of a dry cleaner should come from losing or ruining clothes, or rude service, not because you think there might be a cheaper option out there. (I can't comment on the 1-star review from 8 years ago, but my clothes only smell like sweat when I drop them off...) I do agree with another reviewer that the parking here can be somewhat challenging because of the Trader Joes and CVS. I've never seen anyone get in trouble for parking right outside the shop in the "NO PARKING" zone though--you're about 6 feet from your car, and if you're a regular customer just dropping off or picking up it doesn't take long at all (if dropping off and in a hurry, just have them count the number of items rather than sort by dry clean vs. launder and press). There's also a Coffee Bean right next door with its own parking lot that always has a lot of open spaces, though technically it's for "customers only.""

"I distrust all dry cleaners, probably because of an incident involving all of my pants. Anyway, Crest managed to clean my clothes, charge me a fair price, AND not lose my pants. That's pretty good in my book. There is usually a parking space right in front, but watch out for the Trader Joe's crowd in the same lot. The owners were nice, if a bit harried with an afternoon rush, and I'll definitely be back."
