"Moses was so thorough with the chimney inspection and detailed with his explanations which I appreciated. The manager Jonathan was very kind and detailed as well with any follow up questions we had. The work that was performed took 4hrs and they did the following: crown resurface, deep clean the chimney system, applying smoketite to the smoke chamber, also breastplate and joint repair. Chris and Daniel were the two main technicians performing the work (management stopped by too and did some work and check on things which was great). Chris and Daniel explained exactly what they were going to do and reviewed it again once or was complete. They were very punctual, polite and hard workers and cleaned everything up really well once they were done. I highly recommend Eco Grizzly!"
