SoCal Wash and Fold - Canoga Park

"The girls there are very professional and I don’t think anything will get lost but today I had to call to see if I had clothes there to pick up and some young man answered with the worst customer service attitude! Sounded like a spoiled teenager that couldn’t be bothered. I called the number on the web site but I was routed to this person. He said he was going to call me back but never did! Yikes!!! If I had to deal with this person all the time I would definitely never go there again. Very rude."

"Excellent, clean laundromat, that's open 24 hours. Good parking, (I came after 8 pm). Takes quarters and credit cards. Also has in store shop for laundry needs (detergent, fabric softener ECT) ONLY complaint, the younger lady who worked in the store. Didn't really have good customer service skills. She didn't say "Hello", when I greeted her. Not did she say "You're welcome" when thanked. She also slammed my change, in the counter"

"Incredible. It's Lounge Quality. So many extras I never thought would be part of the experience! They have small Cafe Tables to eat while you wait on your Wash, Free WiFi, GachaPon(Gotchas Coin-Op), MASSAGE CHAIRS?! There's even an on-site Well for Water Dispenser Barrels - this Laundromat is so forward-thinking. I only came in here because my home washer broke - never thought I would actually look forward to visiting a Laundromat had it not been this Laundromat. Also: Masks Mandatory and Covid-Clean. Love it."
