"A couple weeks late to post but my fiancé and I had yet again another great experience at David Levi’s. I originally bought my fiancés engagement ring here and Teresa made everything perfect. The ring was custom made and Teresa made sure it was made exactly the way I wanted it. Fast forward to now and we came back to get my wedding band. My finger was in between sizes so David and the team ordered both for me to make sure I got the right size. When I came back, David sent me home with both of them so that during the colder months I could swap out the size. It was a great gesture and their commitment to making sure I got what I wanted was fantastic. I would highly recommend David Levi and Sons to anyone who is typically hates dealing with sales people. David and the team made the whole process comfortable and it never felt like we were being pushed to buy anything during both times we made purchases."

"I urgently needed matching wedding bands and every place I went to had a +2 week lead time. I walked into this place not knowing what to expect, but David and his team were extremely helpful and said they could have what I wanted made within 2 days. David was even willing to meet me somewhere convenient to ensure I got them on-time. To my surprise, the matching bands were ready the very next day and they looked great, with all the correct specs and texturing. "DON'T BE FOOLED!! I'm so grateful I was recommended to David Levi & Sons! Big name stores like Kay's, David's Bridal, Robin's Bros will cost you twice as much for the same jewelry. (because they buy from David, and mark up to retail price). There is nothing wrong with that, but I would much rather get twice the ring, straight from the source. The customer service was the best! I felt like family from the minute I walked into the store. I was greeted by David, and set up with Teresa. She was patient (since I knew nothing about engagement rings!) and helped me design the perfect ring for my now Fiance'. I can see the passion and pride that she put into making my ring and so can everyone else! I catch my Fiance' just staring at it on her hand in admiration. There is few prouder feelings. I love hearing the stories of all her friends and colleagues, (and the thousands of people of social media lol) telling her "Damn! He did really good!! I feel secure that I can bring to shop for maintenance, and thatvtheyvwill honor the value if I ever decide to upgrade more. (No other store would do this!!) I feel secure knowing that these designers will be there and have been there for years (not high turnover and low accountability like most retail stores). The whole process was soooo easy!. I went in to look and get an idea of budget and design. I went back a week later to pay and customize my order. Then I went back a week later to pick it up. I highly recommend purchasing your jewelry, diamonds, engagement ring, and otherwise from David Levi & Sons. You will be seriously missing out if you don't. I left feeling like the smartest man on the planet, and it was confirmed when my bride to be burst into tears during my proposal. (Check out the video!
