Last time I went my clothes came back with a stain that wasn't there when I dropped them off. They don't answer the phone when I call to ask what is up? They simply did not do a good job."

"I went in a few days ago (only because it's local) to have my favorite pants altered. As the pants are expensive and material is very delicate, I urged that they take extra care. When I collected them back and tried on, I was so shocked as front side of one leg is a couple of inches shorter than the back side, the stitching line is in the wrong place and not straight and some areas of foldings are already popping open... I was very upset and could not believe anyone who offers alteration service would do such a horribly job. I went back straight away and told them the problems and I wanted my money back to try to fix somewhere else. The girl said since I took them back home first she could not be sure that's truly their fault (really!?) and she declared she couldn't see anything wrong with the uneven cuts.. She also said she didn't know I wanted it to be 'perfect' since I didn't pay premium price etc.. I was so mad and could not believe when things like this happen (I am sure it's not the first time) they don't even want to apologize, instead finding excuses to cover themselves! I told her I would go online to give a true review of their service, then the girl yelled they had cctv and everything is on there... OK, Miss! Please release your cctv footage to show everyone how rude you are!! In the end, her brother came out try to make peace and asked me to come back on the following day to get the refund. I don't care about the $15!!!!! I have my favorite trousers damaged! Now I will have to cut them shorter to cover the mistake they made! I don't know their other services but the alteration service is a JOKE! and for the altitude they have I will absolutely not be going there again and will not recommend it!"
