"UPDATE as of March 2020: Since the time that I wrote my first review (below), I have returned to Rosebud. The floors are cleaner now and there were less broken machines. So, I have changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. See the last two photos as evidence. **************************************** Original Review: I have been going to this laundry mat for many years. Let's start with the positive. It is a large laundry mat with a variety of washing machines to pick from. I have never had to wait for either a washing machine or dryer. There are also plenty of carts for clothes and tables to fold your clothes on. Whenever I have had an issue with a machine, whoever was working at the time always either fixed the problem or gave me my money back. There is also a parking lot and free street parking in front. My main issue is that the floors are almost always dirty, like today when I was there. Once, some little kids tossed popcorn everywhere. No one told them to stop and no one cleaned it up right away. It also seems like lately there are more broken machines (which they note) as well as minor problems that don't get fixed (such as the lids that cover the laundry detergent). I think the community needs this Laundrymat as there are not many left. I just wish it was cleaner."
