"Getting this company turned out be the worst decision for our pool. They damaged our tiles: completely stripped multiple tiles till bare porcelain white spots. Beware, the owner does not have a contractor license, limiting your options to recover damages. The owner smelled and looked like homeless. He had few teenagers helping him. Owner was trying to blame everything on our tiles calling them old. Our pool is only 7 years old, and we had the cleaning done before without any problem. We had to replace over 30 damaged tiles hiring another licensed company and accounting a large expense. Don’t let positive reviews to mislead you, avoid getting into the disaster with this company."

"I rarely leave reviews, but Craig and his son were a total pleasure to work with, and we would gladly have them back. We just bought our house, and the old pool is pretty big and hadn't been touched since the 80s. I was worried about getting a quote because the calcium build-up was bad. We're also in Woodland Hills and most companies up-charge by zip code. Not Craig, he came in at a great price with a smile on his face and cleaned it right up. Our pool is back to its former glory.
