"Worst Swarovski store ever. Was the last time there. The store has a very bad smell and is very dusty. No one welcomed us. The manager named Amida or Amanda was in the middle of the store talking about sales numbers and being super loud with the employees while the store was filled with people. To be honest she sounded strange. After talking to a sales person who was super sweet, we were able to understand the manager is not a sweet person and that the staff is scared there. After seeing us chatting with the scared employee, the lady came to us talking to us as we were at kindergarten just because we had a kid. This lady was extremely annoying. We ended up leaving the store and went somewhere else. They have the same products since last year so we are glad we did not spend time or money there. Now, i get why this Swarovski store has a very bad reputation in the valley so is the lady managing it. We will never go back to this store. After this super bad experience we went to the other Outlet and we had a good experience"

"My cousins and I had a horrible experience with the workers today. They went ahead of me into the store because I wanted to go to Nike but I went inside Swarovski to browse with my cousins and they instantly tell me that one of the workers had made it obvious that we were to be watched. The worker had told another worker out loud to keep an eye on them in a hasty way. And when I entered she looked at me and looked at another worker and pointed at me and whispered something. My cousin who actually bought something was accused by the worker of stealing a pen while she was paying."
