"Horrible customer service, I went in with a friend and we went to look at the charms , the worker did not look happy since the start and I asked if they could clean my bracelet she said she wasn’t doing that in the moment, so I told my friend we could go to another location that it was fine. She clearly heard because she goes “yeah you should go maybe they will have time to clean your bracelet because we don’t “ with a rude attitude and rolling her eyes. Anyways, will definitely not be going again especially with that."
"Came down here to do an exchange. Hours online said they were opened but got to the store and the doors were locked. Tried calling no answer it just hangs up on you. I know everyone is short staffed right now so I thought maybe someone was on lunch waited an hour called multiple times and still no answer and closed. Hours on the door say they’re open though. At least just post a sign or something I drove out of my way and it was the only day I could make it. I showed up at 2pm and left after 3"
