"Beware of this company. My fiancé hired them to come out and install our Christmas lights on 11/28/23. They showed up with a very inexperienced crew that really didn’t know how to do their job. After my fiancé had to basically show them how to set up basic equipment, they left before getting her approval. Within a few hours of them leaving she contacts them to let them know that there is a strand on our peak that had fallen and needs to be re-secured. It’s been a very frustrating experience dealing with Jack and Damien as they responded saying that their contract states they don’t fix anything after installation. Here is their response: “ Upon reviewing our contractual agreement, it's essential to highlight the parameters established therein. As stated, our agreement focuses explicitly on the installation and subsequent removal of the lights during the first week of January, with no provision for ongoing maintenance or adjustments. Regrettably, this means that under the scope of our initial agreement, unforeseen adjustments or maintenance, such as the re-installation of bulbs due to weather conditions, fall outside the agreed terms.” Just for context: there was no bad weather that day. However, they did offer to come back and fix it on 12/20/23 (5 days before Christmas). After my fiancé responded saying that won’t work for us and asked for them to please come back before her party at our home scheduled on the 8th, we have not heard back from them. They have gone silent. Beware of this company. We cannot recommend them."

"Very professional. Very professional equipment. On time. These guys pay attention to details, they also removed all the paint on my windows. They did my condo in DTLA. Highly recommend 11/10 service."

"Disappointing. They skipped some of the upstairs windows. The ones that were washed still weren't very clean. The technique they use has all the dirty water leak down into the sill leaving all the dirt dry up and stay in the sill. The screens stay dirty on the side that faces the house. Would not use again or recommend to others. UPDATE: Thank you for responding. I agree that my service was exterior only. Normally I've had my screens taken off from the outside and cleaned on both sides. That's always been part of the exterior service I've used in the past. Also cleaning windows with a squeegee doesn't leave sills dirtier than before the cleaning, which is what happened here. The method of spraying windows and letting them air dry just doesn't achieve the same results and leaves all the dirt in the sills. My patio screen is now getting stuck in the track because of the dirt trapped in it now. The windows are definitely cleaner than before but overall this just isn't what I was expecting."
