"Made a trip from Sacramento to this wonderful place for a Memorial of Life. This was my first trip there, and I was very impressed with the location. Beautiful weather during my visit, others there were polite and respected the rules of the park. Spacious pinic areas with splendid views. Trail to walk that runs parallel to the water. If you decide to go, bring a kite for your little ones and a fishing pole for yourself and enjoy the time there. If you happen to go at the tail end of hours, bring a long sleeve just in case the breeze picks up."
"It was my first time here. What a gem! Beautiful location, clean and great amenities. We booked a group site for a old friends from school get together while we had a few people back visiting from out of state. We had a great time and loved the atmosphere."
"One beautiful piece of paradise right at the Bay. The park has many lovely trees, even right at the water. Love these trees and the tranquility and peace they offer. Entrance fee for a car is $5 and you can use the pool: great summertime fun for kids. This is an enchanted place to recharge and “let your soul dangle”."
"Enjoyed a nice sunny, Thursday afternoon. It was very quiet, only a few people strolling the paved paths, and a few more on the pier fishing. There was a portable washroom for use, while the pool and cafe are closed for the season. Expansive grass area for picnic blankets. Picnic table area and grills (coal-use) are available as well. I'm new to the area, so was caught off guard with the guard hut/pay station and a $5 parking fee. The views of the bay are serene and beautiful. We look forward to traveling back soon."
