"Really disappointed with this business. I've had stuff dry cleaned here many times and they've done a good job. Brought in a dress for alterations (chiffon, nothing complicated, liner didn't even need to be hemmed) and they said $45, come back in a week. I get a call 2 hours later saying it's going to be $60 or you can come pick it up. Seriously? What a waste of time. With so many cleaners in the area, I'll find a new place to take my business. I hope the $15 was worth it? Fine for dry cleaning, skip for alterations."

"Terrible service. I brought a expensive Lululemon top in for dry cleaning. When I went to pick it up, It was grey. looks like they used very dirty solution. They said that this is how it is. I left it there for a long time because I really didn't know how to resolve the situation. After getting suggestions from Lululemon on how to clean it, I went to retrieve it and they no longer have it. no phone call to me(they have my #)- just gave it away."
